Total Tools Dubbo is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant with a passion for tools and trades.
About the Role
* Process sales transactions
* Provide advice and information on products
* Support customer queries and offer solutions
* Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented store
* Process and maintain customer orders
Requirements
* Previous retail and/or trade experience
* Experience working with, understanding, and having a passion for tools
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
* Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
* Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
* Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
