Joining their Product Design team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the company's home designs – ensuring they are contemporary, compliant, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee and manage the master design library, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation.
* Lead the design and delivery of new home designs, display homes, and product range updates.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to interpret briefs and bring concepts to life.
* Review documentation for compliance, constructability, and design integrity.
* Support the delivery of tenders and contribute to product development initiatives.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, aligning with the group's strategic design goals.
What We're Looking For
* Qualification in Architecture or Building Design.
* 7+ years' experience in residential (Class 1) building design.
* Strong Revit proficiency and understanding of Australian Standards and BCA/NCC.
* Demonstrated ability to design, refine, and document innovative residential products.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
* Creative mindset with a balance of technical precision and design flair.
