About your opportunity:
In this position you will.....
Facilitate professional partnerships and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to lead the Community Child, Youth and Family Health Team in the provision of a model of care that is responsive to client's needs, effective, efficient, and sustainable enabling integrated and coordinated service delivery across child, youth, and family services in the region.
Contribute to the clinical continuum of care, applying a high-level clinical knowledge and skills relevant to field of practice utilising evidence-based principles as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Promote and practise principles from the family partnership model in team leadership and all aspects of client service delivery.
Ensure governance and management systems are in place to effectively manage client/staff safety and organisation risk within government legislation and Queensland Health policy requirements.
