The Opportunity
We are seeking a Legal Counsel with 3-4 years PQE to join our in-house legal team. You will provide practical, commercial advice across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage legal risk and provide commercial advice
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
* Conduct legal research and policy development
Your Skills & Qualifications:
* Must hold an LLB or JD and be admitted in an Australian jurisdiction
* A minimum of 3-4 years' PQE (private practice and/or in-house)
