**About the role**:
Brand SA is responsible for protecting and strengthening the State Brand, ensuring it is grown as a key asset across government industry and community. The team increases awareness and shapes positive perception of South Australia, enhancing the state's appeal as a place to do business and guiding consumer choice towards South Australian products, produce, experiences and services.
As the Brand SA Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive business and marketing support in aid of Brand SA's objectives and priorities. Reporting to the Associate Director, Brand SA and working closely across the broader team, you will execute and report on marketing and partnership activities across campaigns, communications and digital channels.
With a customer-service mindset, you will manage business registrations, merchandise sales, approvals and enquiries from South Australian businesses and across government. You will also provide administration and project coordination in the form of high quality, professional and responsive preparation of briefs, reports, coordinating budgets and timelines, correspondence for the Brand SA Advisory Board, along with other duties as required.
You will also provide administrative support to the Associate Director, Brand SA through calendar and inbox management and assist the team's marketing, communications and event activities.
**Key Competencies**:
- Providing a range of business management, finance and administration functions
- Coordination skills to deliver tactical marketing activity including social media channel maintenance and eDM creation
- Marketing best practice, theory, and up-to-date principles, including digital marketing and social media
- Event/project management and evaluation processes
- Sound understanding of South Australian government and protocol, with proficiency developing professional correspondence
You will also:
- Communicate effectively in both writing and verbally, with the ability to provide accurate advice and information to a range of stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external to the department
- Use sound judgement and maintain composure and professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with tact and diplomacy within a sensitive environment
- Manage your time well, meet objectives, strategies and priorities; to plan and coordinate concurrent and responsive projects utilising proactive highly developed and demonstrable project management skills/aptitude and customer service ethos
- Contribute toward the achievement of team goals, exhibiting a customer-service mindset and willingness to respond efficiently to internal and external requests
**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary $76, 561 to $80, 256 pa plus superannuation

- **Essential**: Nil
- **Desirable**: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- **Desirable**: InDesign or Canva experience
**Special Conditions**:
- The role will be offered as a full-time (37.5 hours per week), ongoing position.
- A Satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check (NPC) will be required prior to employment.
