* Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, training, and performance management.
* Implement, monitor, and improve business systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Analyse data and provide regular performance and market reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in multi-office or multi-department management, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive results.
* Strong business acumen, with ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
* Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
