About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will be empowered to take ownership of design projects from initial concept through to final production. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing colleagues to create visually compelling marketing materials that elevate both our properties and brand identity. This role is ideally suited to a designer with 2–4 years of experience looking to strengthen their portfolio within the premium real estate sector and grow their creative expertise.
You will be involved in producing work for integrated campaigns spanning print collateral, digital marketing, social media content, and presentations. Under guidance, you’ll also develop your client-facing skills and project management experience, building confidence to progress to more senior design responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design, and deliver engaging marketing assets across print and digital channels.
- Produce high-quality brochures, property listings, social graphics, and campaign materials that align with Marshall White’s premium branding.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and junior designers to ensure cohesive and innovative visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to keep our creative output fresh and effective.
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and best practices to bring new ideas to the team.
- Support senior team members on larger campaigns and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years professional design experience, preferably across both digital and print mediums.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills, versatility, and a polished design aesthetic.
- Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and accept constructive feedback.
- Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and quality execution.
- Understanding of digital and social media design principles is a plus.
