About Customer Service Delivery

* This role requires the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support over the phone.
* You will be responsible for resolving member queries, processing payments and reviewing transactions with precision and compliance.
* Additionally, you will need to keep up to date with industry trends and legislative requirements.

We're looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring seamless administration in the superannuation industry.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring members, trustees and stakeholders receive the highest level of support. You'll be working closely with a dynamic team to meet our service level agreements with confidence.

This is a permanent part-time role, working minimum 3 shifts per week. Shifts may be 8-12pm or 10-2pm, Monday to Friday only. You must be available to commit to 4 weeks of full-time training at the commencement of this role during business hours.


Key Responsibilities:

* Resolving Member Queries: You will be responsible for effectively resolving member queries over the phone, taking ownership of investigations to enhance customer experience.
* Processing Payments: You will process and review payments with precision and compliance.
* Stakeholder Interactions: You will act as the first escalation point for complex stakeholder interactions.
* Industry Knowledge: You will keep up to date with industry trends and legislative requirements.


Requirements:

* Customer-Focused Approach: A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills is essential for this role.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required to resolve complex member queries.
* Prioritization: Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively is crucial for this role.
* Complex Interactions: Confidence in handling complex interactions with members and stakeholders is necessary.
* Industry Interest: A strong interest in learning about the Superannuation and Insurance industry is desirable.
