* Extend a warm and refined greeting to guests upon their arrival and departure, ensuring their transition into and out of our hotel is seamless and memorable.
* Maintain the grandeur of our hotel's parking facilities, ensuring they are always immaculate and inviting, reflecting our luxurious standards.
* Address and fulfill guest requests with a proactive and attentive approach, ensuring their needs are met swiftly and with the utmost care.
* Utilize your profound knowledge of Sydney to provide insightful recommendations, including transportation, event tickets, dining options, and more, ensuring our guests have unparalleled access to the city's finest offerings.
* Perform valet parking duties with skill and precision, handling both manual and automatic vehicles with ease.

* Hold a current and valid open Australian driver's license, capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
* Embrace a rotating 7-day roster, including early and late shifts, with a willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of the hotel.
