The Opportunity
This is a true field-based sales role where you'll take full ownership of the Sydney territory. You'll drive new business, build long-term client partnerships, and directly impact revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Hunting and securing new business opportunities
* Building strong relationships with civil construction client clients
* Promoting generator and fuel cell hire solutions
* Preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing deals
* Delivering exceptional service and follow-up to create repeat business
What We're Looking for
* Proven sales experience (equipment hire or construction sales experience highly regarded)
* Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
* Results-driven with a passion for winning new business
* Energised by being on the road and meeting clients face-to-face
