About the Role
As our Operations Manager, you'll be a key player in scaling and streamlining our operations to ensure we can meet increasing demand without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.
You'll oversee everything from operational coordination to workflows, proactively solving challenges and finding innovative solutions to keep us ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, shipping, order fulfilment, and logistics.
Problem-Solving: Tackle operational challenges head-on, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to drive cohesive business operations.
Scaling & Optimisation: Implement processes and systems that enable rapid scaling while maintaining operational excellence.
Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order processing times, stock levels, and customer satisfaction, ensuring optimal performance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive continuous improvements in efficiency, leveraging technology and new strategies.
About You
2+ years of experience in operations management within the e-commerce sector, ideally with fast-growing businesses.
A track record of working proactively, thinking on the spot, and finding solutions that allow businesses to scale effectively.
Highly resourceful, with the ability to work independently and lead teams toward operational success.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ERP systems) and data to inform decisions.
