About the role
The Solutions Designer is responsible for collecting and assessing complex business and solution architecture requirements and translating them into detailed solution designs to enable technology solutions to improve the customer experience.
You will be part of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system consolidation project team and will bring in your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably gained from a higher education industry or in a sales or customer service module.
About You
Through your experience and knowledge gained by working on MS Dynamics CRM projects, you will;
1. Analyse current business processes and requirements, including problem statements, desired outcomes, and constraints.
2. Develop detailed solution designs, specifying architecture, components, and necessary features through technical specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams.
3. Understand and address challenges and obstacles inherent in the proposed solution while ensuring any risks or challenges are appropriately mitigated to ensure its success.
4. Select suitable technologies and tools in alignment with solution requirements, evaluate existing systems, and decide on building versus buying components.
5. Communicate technical concepts and design decisions adeptly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, progress reports, and addressing concerns or questions.
6. Create prototypes to validate solution feasibility and gather stakeholder feedback, while identifying and mitigating potential risks for successful implementation.
7. Generate comprehensive documentation for the solution, including design documents and user guides, essential for both implementation and maintenance phases.
8. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, and changes in business requirements, remaining adaptable to modify the solution based on evolving needs and feedback.
Essential Requirements
9. Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
10. Experience and expertise in architecture frameworks and knowledge of solutions design principles and practices.
11. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
