To meet the Australian society's increasing emphasis on health, our management team has decided to hire a Database Administrator to better optimize the organization's database management system. who can confidently deliver the job duties as below:
1. Construct and execute the information and database management systems that provide infrastructure for our institute.
2. Perform troubleshooting on database access, security, and performance issues.
3. Perform analysis, maintain, and update internal databases.
4. Conduct regular database restorations and backups.
5. Perform data cleansing and enhance data quality and integrity continuously.
6. Maintain database environments that are secure, recoverable, and in good condition.
7. Participate in data testing and query debugging, as well as offer technical assistance to personnel.
8. Perform database performance optimization in order to enhance data management procedures.
9. Enhance the database architecture and guarantee sufficient storage space to accommodate database expansion.
10. Ensure that all work is completed and documented in line with established processes.
11. Evaluate and suggest new tools and services to improve database efficiency and effectiveness.
**Skills and Experience Requirements**
- Degree qualified
- Mandarin Speaking Preferred (Most team members are speaking Mandarin)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to tackle complex technical challenges.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
