Experience in SAP Personnel Administration, OM, Time Management, Australia Payroll, Payroll schema and PCR configuration, payroll calculations, wage types, tax compliance, superannuation, and leave accruals.
§ Experience in configuration changes in Payroll schema, PCRs, wage types, and time evaluation rules.
§ SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules.
§ Integration with internal and external applications, e.g. banking, tax authorities etc.
§ Support SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM for Employee Central and Talent modules.
§ Prepare functional specs for technical objects
§ Validate technical outputs and conduct testing.
