We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing records and accounts, handling insurance matters, and ensuring the physical workspace is maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry & Accounts Management: Manage data entry, creation of quotations or invoices, and payables under the direction of the bookkeeper. Ensure timely quotes are sent out, receivables and payables are accurately accounted for.
* Payroll Support: Assist in accurate collation of payroll entries for directors within set deadlines.
