About the Role
We're seeking a passionate Psychologist, Counsellor, or suitably qualified Allied Health professional to join our growing team based in Mount Gambier, South Australia.
You'll provide face-to-face and Telehealth mental health and wellbeing support to participants engaged in employment and vocational education programs. The role is varied and highly rewarding — supporting people to overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver one-on-one and group Allied Health consultations to support participants.
* Provide both in-person and Telehealth sessions as appropriate.
* Design and deliver outcome-based, high-quality assessment and intervention services.
* Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and maintain privacy standards.
* Provide personalised support, connecting participants with community resources.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain registration requirements.
* Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with organisational policy.
About You
You're a compassionate, qualified professional who's passionate about helping people build confidence and resilience through meaningful mental health support. You thrive in a role that combines autonomy with teamwork, and you're ready to make a real difference in a regional community.
Key Requirements
* Fully qualified AHPRA Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist.
* Registered Counsellors (PACFA, ACA or equivalent) are also encouraged to apply.
* AAWS Registered Social Workers will also be considered.
* Experience delivering Mental Health services in employment, community, or allied health settings.
* Ability to design and deliver individual and group interventions.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Experience within a clinical governance framework.
* Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
