Customer Success Manager – $1M+ Portfolio | Fully Remote (East Coast Australia)| NFP tech
We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused
Customer Success Manager
to take ownership of a portfolio valued at over
USD $1M
. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring retention, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
This is a
fully remote position
, open to candidates based on the East Coast of Australia. You'll join a purpose-driven, global SaaS company working with clients that are making a difference in the world.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of 80-100 high-value customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring ongoing success.
Driving adoption and usage of the platform to deliver measurable value.
Owning retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities across your accounts.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved.
Running onboarding, contract negotiations, and account reviews with professionalism and commercial acumen.
Monitoring account health, spotting opportunities, and proactively driving growth within your portfolio.
About You
You're a natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts. You love helping customers succeed but also know how to identify opportunities and close the loop when it comes to expansion.
Proven experience in
Customer Success and/or Account Management
with retention and expansion targets.
Comfortable managing a book of business and juggling multiple customer relationships.
A sales-savvy mindset: able to spot opportunities, qualify prospects, and present solutions confidently.
Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
Highly organised and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Passion for working with
nonprofit and purpose-driven customers
is a big plus.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach would be advantageous.
