We're seeking a skilled Customer Service and Sales Manager to lead our team in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and driving sales growth through upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team by providing insights and feedback gathered from customer interactions, and collaborate on strategies to improve sales performance and actively contribute to upselling initiatives.
* Managing, motivating and developing sales and customer service staff
* Strategize and implement after-sales services to proactively address customer needs, evaluate product performance, and enhance service offerings.
* Develop and refine policies, programs, and procedures to enhance customer relations and optimize the delivery of goods and services.
* Oversee the operational efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
* Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members, as well as contribute to the recruitment process.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor staff in delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
* Collaborate with various departments, service partners, and customers to identify and address evolving customer expectations.
Qualifications:
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or
* At least 3 years of proven experience in a customer service management role, with a track record of driving operational excellence and fostering team growth and contributing to sales success.
* Knowledge and experience with ERP, CRM and Automation software.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on coaching and empowering team members to deliver exceptional service.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and trends to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
* Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
