We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with excellent communication skills to join our team and lead a portfolio of Infectious Disease products. Based out of our East Brisbane office, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, launching products into new market segments and KOL development.
Main Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for the portfolio, aligning with overall business goals.Prepare presentations and analyses as required by the business.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and sizes and competitive landscape.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Regional Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and consistent supply of existing products.Manage the product lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.Work closely with sales and regional marketing to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and achieve revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and industry partners.Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote the products.Be an integral part of forecasting and inventory management to ensure consistent product supply.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing, Science, Health, Engineering or Business highly desiredMinimum 4 years' experience in a similar roleMinimum Experience and Skills
