About The Role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Delivering exceptional guest experience
2. Front Office administration
3. Upkeep of grounds and gardens
4. Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
5. Ensuring the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
6. Managing daily park operational tasks, including after-hours/on-call cover
What We Look For
We seek candidates with:
* Previous experience in groundskeeping and property maintenance
* Sound computer skills
* Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Pool maintenance experience (advantageous)
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings, and assist with after-hours call outs
* Current driver’s license (essential)
