Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant

Join MSP Photography WA

Location: Balcatta, WA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

MSP Photography WA is one of Western Australia's leading school photography companies, proudly servicing schools throughout metropolitan and regional WA.

We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Warwick.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills and can confidently manage a busy reception desk while providing outstanding customer service to schools, parents and staff.

About the Role

As one of the first points of contact for our business, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional and friendly service.

* Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
* Responding to enquiries received via our shared email inbox
* Assisting schools, parents and customers with general enquiries
* Taking accurate messages and forwarding information to the appropriate team members
* Greeting visitors to our office
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* General reception and administrative duties as required
About You
* A minimum of 1 year reception, administration or customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A professional and friendly phone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
