Principal Analyst Responsibilities
* Formulate change requirements from existing backlogs incorporating business priorities and strategic alignment and ensure effective delivery of items from start to finish.
* Ensure that procured services deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined in the vendor contract.
* Work collaboratively within the team, building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives, business representatives, non‐government organisations and vendors.
* Establish and maintain governance processes through a Business Reference Group informing prioritisation of requests.
