Play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and effective management of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements within our State Government client's IT environment.
This involves overseeing tasks related to administration, prioritizing tasks through 'triaging,' and proactively identifying opportunities for system, policy, and process enhancements. The objective is to consistently meet divisional and organizational requirements, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of business satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement established approaches for project reports and documentation related to the QMS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and enhance QMS requirements.
Manage and deliver projects according to project management principles.
Provide advice and solutions on system and process issues.
Review, analyze, and report on processes to enhance project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Experience with QMS (Quality Management Systems) is Essential.:
Demonstrated capability in collaboration, data capture, analysis, information presentation and reporting.:
Government Experience highly regarded but not essential.
Excellent external stakeholder management experience.
Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
