We are seeking a seasoned retail leader who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments to take on a high-impact role supporting retail stores across remote Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Step in as Store Manager across multiple remote sites, covering leave and vacancies
* Be available to travel on short notice and support stores across varying locations
* Manage store operations including team leadership, inventory, merchandising, cost control, and community initiatives
* Coach and mentor Duty Managers and local staff to build capability and performance
* Oversee café/takeaway operations where applicable, ensuring food safety standards are met
* Ensure accurate financial management and compliance in-store
* Build meaningful relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-focused leadership roles
* Strong skills in retail systems, stock control, and team management
* A flexible, calm, and solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to thrive in remote settings with a culturally respectful approach
* A valid driver's licence (or willingness to obtain)
