Job Description

The role of a Part-Time Sales Assistant involves providing administrative and sales support to a dynamic media sales team. As an integral part of the team, you will work closely with Account Executives, internal departments, and clients to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the successful delivery of campaigns across various networks.

Key responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, timely processing of proposals, campaign bookings, enquiries, and other sales-related information. You will also be responsible for managing internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns. Additionally, you will regularly engage with internal departments and external clients to build relationships and ensure campaign success.

Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Account Executives and Sales Manager, and provide reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using Microsoft Excel and industry-aligned systems.


Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry. To be successful in this role, you will need to have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional requirements include excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills, great time management, and the ability to meet deadlines. A willingness to learn and tackle a variety of tasks is essential for success in this position.
