The practice has a team who support the GPs, especially with care plans and health assessments. One of the GPs has recently relocated so the incoming GP will have a full patient base immediately.
We are looking for a friendly General Practitioner to join this great practice with a wonderful working environment. You will be working with an amazing support team of highly experienced nurses and receptionists who run an efficient and very friendly office.
This is a fully accredited and computerised practice that prioritises teamwork and a relaxed, friendly environment.
The practice is open Monday to Friday with no weekend work or afterhours.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a doctor who holds a specialist general practice qualification and at least two years post qualification experience.
DUTIES
We provide antenatal care, postnatal care, immunisations, chronic disease management, which includes asthma and diabetic clinics, mental health, and a number of allied health services. Home visits are available for regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents attendance at the surgery and are at the direction of the GP
