About the Role – Casual Kitchenhand
As a Kitchenhand, you'll play a key role in supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
* Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and plating
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
* Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
* Taking out rubbish, managing recycling, and restocking supplies
About You
You're reliable, positive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous kitchen or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good time management and attention to cleanliness
* A positive attitude and professional approach
Availability Requirements
* Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
