We specialize in Helicopter maintenance and our company values are Safety, quality and Engagement.This full-time role reports to the Chief Engineer and works alongside the Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) to ensure the compliant, safe, and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
As an AME, you will support the operational safety and reliability of the helicopter fleet, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently, following approved procedures.Dismantle, test, repair, insect and reassemble helicopter engines, accessories and systems.Communicate defects and updates to the supervising LAME promptly.Ensure accurate documentation of all tasks and compliance with engineering instructions.Handle tools and parts correctly, maintaining control and safety standards.Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to WHS guidelines.Promote and uphold safety, security, and environmental compliance across all operations.Who we are looking for:Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience and competence as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) within an AMO environment.
You will be detail-oriented, committed to safety, and motivated to support the growth of the company.
Ideally, you would hold a Certificate 4 in Aeroskills and demonstrate a strong alignment with Alliance's values of safety and performance.
Your skills will consist of:Relevant qualification (Certificate IV or higher)At least one year of relevant experience as an AME (Mechanical)Experience on AS350, B206, EC120, EC130 series HelicoptersAttention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.Initiative and the capability to work both autonomously and in a team-focused environment.A demonstrated commitment to safety and performance in all tasks.Salary $73,150.00 + superannuationDoes this sound like you?If the sound of this role excites you and you have the skills we are looking for we'd love to hear from you.
