What To Expect
As an Apprentice Body Repair Painter (Spray Painter), you will be part of a team delivering excellent service to Tesla Body Repair customers. This hands-on role offers training in EV and body repair, leading to a nationally recognized qualification. The apprenticeship lasts 4 years and combines practical training, assessments, and eLearning modules accessible on any device. What You'll Do
1. Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals
2. Complete Tesla-specific training
3. Learn about Tesla products, body repair systems, processes, and procedures
4. Maintain a clean and organized workshop
5. Keep records of time, expenses, and materials
6. Perform basic body repair paint work under supervision
7. Ensure vehicles and the repair center are kept clean
