This national organisation, operating Australia-wide, is seeking a Service Manager to lead their client service delivery across key Kimberley contracts from a Broome base.
This operational role supports stakeholders and manages Electricians, Fire Technicians, Handypeople, and HVAC Technicians undertaking Service, Maintenance, Repairs, and Minor Works Projects in Commercial Buildings, Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Utility Providers, and Government premises.
The Service Manager will lead staff management, OHS/Risk mitigation strategies, oversee administration staff, undertake weekly/monthly reporting, and ensure KPIs are met.
Base Criteria
You will ideally be qualified in an HVAC&R trade, with additional Management qualifications and 3+ years' experience as a Service Manager / Supervisor overseeing a team of 8+ mobile technicians.
Outline Duties
Operationally manage the Maintenance Trades Service delivery within Contractual KPI's, Budgets, Corporate OHS, and client expectations, while engaging with clients, managing staff and sub-contractors, and reporting to head office.
Skills and Attributes
- Trade qualification as HVAC&R or Electrician
- Over 3 years' Service Manager / Supervisor experience
- Strong P&L skills, stakeholder engagement, and people management
- An excellent communicator with strong English language skills, providing clear and concise instructions
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
