As a key member of our technology team, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join us on a 6-month contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they remain in good working order through regular inspections and upkeep.
This includes:
* Representing the team at Technology Change Board meetings
* Ongoing inspection and maintenance of facilities, including critical infrastructure such as CRAC, UPS, and Generators
* Management of cabling inventory and liaison with external technicians
* Collaboration with server and networking teams
* Executing equipment audits and maintaining records
* Troubleshooting cabling issues causing performance problems
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, quality improvement skills, and experience engaging internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key qualifications include:
* At least 3 years' experience in a facilities management position
* Experience with integrated work management systems
* Proven track record of quality improvement initiatives
