Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide generalist support for a workforce of up to 300.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including periods of high volume recruitment;
* Collaborate with the HR Manager on performance management and workplace investigations;
* Provide consistent and accurate advice to staff on award interpretation, workplace legislation, and resort policies and procedures;
* Coordinate and present comprehensive resort orientation on a regular basis;
* Coordinate training programs with relevant authorities and maintain training related records;
* Assist with managing the seasonal worker program, including pastoral care for our workers;
* Monitor and report on all apprentices and interns;
* Support other department projects as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management, tourism, business, or a related field;
* Proven experience in a HR advisor, human resources consultant, or similar role, including understanding of employment legislation;
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills;
* A confident and discreet manner to manage sensitive information.
