Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a friendly and flexible Guest Experience Attendant to join our team at Avani Adelaide Residences. As a key part of our boutique hotel experience, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out.

* Welcome Guests with Efficiency and Warmth: Handle check-ins and check-outs with a smile, making sure every guest feels valued and respected.
* Provide Excellent Food and Beverage Service: Assist with food and beverage service in our café, bar, or during in-room dining, always striving to exceed our guests' expectations.
* Showcase Local Expertise: Provide recommendations and handle guest requests promptly, demonstrating your knowledge of the local area and its offerings.
* Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain the cleanliness of the F&B area, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
* Collaborate with Colleagues: Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
* Process Payments Accurately: Handle payments and maintain up-to-date guest records with precision and attention to detail.

As a successful Guest Experience Attendant, you will have:

* Prior Hospitality Experience: A background in hospitality, preferably with front office and/or F&B experience, is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
* Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings, is required.
* A Passion for Guest Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable stays.
