Opportunity

Valvoline has a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an energetic, results driven and highly motivated Customer Service Van Sales Representative to join our team in Brisbane. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for servicing existing customers in addition to developing new business within a territory that primarily services the Gold Coast.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Customer Service Van Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our business on the road. Your ability to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions and deliver exceptional service directly from the van will be instrumental in boosting sales and strengthening brand loyalty.

Responsibilities Include

* Working collaboratively with your Territory Manager in the sales region

* Achieving monthly sales targets

* Prospecting and winning new business to increase your customer base

* Managing existing customers relationships and growing our share of accounts

* Effectively managing customer contact and daily call cycle

* Maintaining van stock and paperwork accuracy

* Ongoing development of sales skills, product knowledge, customer service and teamwork

What You’ll Need

* The ability to apply basic computer skills (experience in CRM-based applications would be an advantage, but not a necessity).

* Ability to drive a big van.

* A valid Full current driver’s licence.

* Demonstrate strong customer service and inter-personal skills.

* Field sales or customer service experience will be highly regarded

* Ability to function constructively within a team environment, as well as working autonomously to maximise sales opportunities.

* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
