As a Quality Control officer at HOMEDE (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD', you will play a pivotal role in doing routine checks for our current product offerings in the market for the homeware hard goods industry and to ensure quality assurance for our end customers.
What you'll be doing
· Weekly stores visits and conduct routine checks for our products that are currently on shelves to ensure product quality is of satisfiable state.
· Purchase of defective products and provide us with an update of any quality issues with the product through weekly QC reports.
· Identify and report quality issues and reporting to your QC manager when there is a customer complaint on a product that is currently in the market.
· Provide QC support to production team when required
· Pack defective samples and send to external labs for investigation
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a driven, results-oriented individual with:
l Preferably with 1 year experience within similar role
l Ability to converse in Chinese.
l Excellent time management skills.
l A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work automously
l Highly attention to detail
l A drivers license will be required
