About the Role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse at Respect Aged Care, you will be responsible for delivering safe and competent clinical nursing care to residents while adhering to Australian standards. Your key responsibilities include:
* Compiling comprehensive resident histories and identifying care needs.
* Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivery.
* Completing ACFI assessments and contributing to maximising income.
* Assisting in implementing, contributing to, and evaluating resident care plans.
* Administering medications and maintaining correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
* Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
* Current National Police Certificate.
* Understanding of government standards for aged care delivery.
* Familiarity with Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
* Strong clinical and documentation skills.
* Understanding of aged care accreditation process.
