Emanda Ventures has an opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our consulting team. You’ll be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of applications across a diverse range of projects and industry verticals.
This role is a remote position, open to candidates currently residing in Australia.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Emanda Ventures, you will:
- Design, build, and enhance client applications from early concept through launch and beyond.
- Develop MVPs using contemporary technologies and rapid app-building frameworks.
- Work across the stack, building front-end interfaces and back-end architecture with tools such as React, NestJS/NextJS, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.
- Containerise and deploy applications using Docker, with GitOps-driven workflows.
- Integrate applied AI and cloud-hosted LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI) to automate workflows and extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Leverage cloud infrastructure and services to deliver scalable, secure solutions and platforms. We want to build not just MVP/MLPs but initial versions of our clients' products.
- Take ownership of DevOps responsibilities, deploying solutions into production and supporting them post-launch.
- Support sales and leadership teams, providing pre-sales technical expertise and third-level customer support where needed.
- Work in an agile environment, collaborating across disciplines and adapting to evolving project needs.
- Drive project delivery, ensuring milestones are met and solutions are delivered on time.
- Help develop and build junior engineers where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Practical experience working with applied AI and developing against cloud-hosted LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI)
- Proven experience in developing and deploying software
- Knowledge of building full-stack web applications using open-source and cloud technologies
- Curiosity for technology, with the ability to balance engineering trade-offs against business outcomes
- A desire to learn new technologies and solve complex problems
- Adaptability and comfort working in an evolving environment with some level of ambiguity
- Learning agility alongside proven technical experience
