As we continue to grow, so does our Talent Acquisition Team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture Team.
Our team is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and selection process, which includes:
* Creating and posting job ads
* Phone screening of applicants
* Arranging interviews | face to face or via teams
* Conducting interviews with Hiring Managers | Reference and Immigration checks
* Use of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the various business departments
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Recruitment role, preferably in a corporate environment. They will possess exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
