About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to drive growth across our Frame & Truss / Trade business in South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target and secure new business within residential and multi-residential construction.
* Build strong relationships with builders, developers and key market stakeholders.
* Promote our Frame & Truss capabilities, prefabrication solutions and trade products.
* Work closely with estimating, design, production and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, tenders and product presentations.
* Manage contract negotiations and resolve customer enquiries.
* Achieve sales targets through structured planning, territory management and pipeline development.
* Maintain CRM records, reporting and forecasting activities.
About You
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in sales or account management within Frame & Truss, timber supply, prefabrication or residential construction.
You will need strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills. The ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into profitable revenue is also essential.
A solid understanding of residential construction practices and job-site requirements, as well as high attention to detail, strong time-management skills and the ability to work autonomously, are all must-haves.
Experience with CRM and sales systems would be advantageous.
