About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize remote support tools to provide technical assistance to staff members.
* Detect and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
* Support multiple technology streams, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and mobile devices.
* Liaise with third-party vendors to log faults, resolve issues, and escalate support calls.
* Offer dedicated support to executives and board members.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong team player with a willingness to share knowledge and experiences.
