About the Company

Your responsibilities will include:
Reception

* Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and employees and managing all incoming calls and enquiries
* Manage incoming mail, visitor registers, phone lists and maintain a professional, well-presented reception area
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and support general administrative tasks, including internal phone listings
* Maintain the Reception Manual, process relevant invoices, and continuously improve reception systems and procedures
* Assist with Head Office charity initiatives, arrange reception cover as required, and provide general administrative support across the business

General Office Support, Services & Coordination

* Ensure common areas, kitchens and meeting rooms are maintained and presentable at all times
* Coordinate catering for meetings and events and assist with the setup of internal and corporate functions
* Manage office supplies, stationery, kitchen inventory and business card orders
* Oversee office suppliers and contracts, off-site storage and archiving, and building security for new starters
* Provide ongoing support to the Manager and wider business, including assistance with major corporate events such as gala dinners and Christmas functions

About You
Attitude is key. You'll be someone who is motivated, eager to learn and happy to roll your sleeves up.

You will also bring:

* Experience in a similar role or a position utilising customer service
* A friendly and professional phone manner
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* The ability to manage your time and juggle priorities in a busy environment
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
* A genuine interest in building your skills and growing within the business
