Key Responsibilities:

* Maintenance and management of AFP Internal Awards Regulations and Framework

* Coordinating award nominations, reporting and recommendation process through the AFP National Awards and Recognition Committee

* Training and mentoring of team members
">
* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
">
* Preparing written briefs including ministerial and external correspondence as required
">

Essential Requirements include a Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one, demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in mentoring, coaching and developing people.
