* Ideally experience in the automotive/tyre industry
* People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI’s
* Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
* OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
Tasks & responsibilities
* Oversee day to day store activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership
* Develop customer relationships & increase sales & store profitability
* Management of store employees
* Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current
* Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits, banking, basic reporting
* Saturday mornings as required ( 2 per month )
* Monitoring productivity, efficiency and workshop performance
* Maintaining strong WIP control and booking management
* Supporting a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
