Delivering Operational Excellence is a key role at ibis Sydney Darling Harbour, where you will drive business forward and lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional guest experiences.
You will be responsible for leading departments such as Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering. This includes driving financial success, managing strategic planning, projects, and reporting, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
* Key Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Hotel Leadership roles, specifically in Food & Beverage Operations. They will also have the ability to lead, develop, empower, and build strong teams.
