We are seeking an experienced Digital Lead with a solid understanding of web design, development concepts and processes, and proficiency in writing, editing and publishing content for digital communications within large fast-moving media and communications teams.

Essential experience required:
- Demonstrated experience using content management systems and a solid understanding of metadata, website analytics and SEO standard practices. Drupal CMS an advantage.
- Digital reporting to produce insights and recommendations via Google Analytics, Data Studio, and related products.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement skills in developing and implementing standards, guidelines, and content management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/activities and meet required deadlines.
Purpose of the role:
- Management and implementation of fully integrated (end-to-end, one-stop-shop) digital experiences across our public Agency channels, positioning our Agency as an authority on digital health, creating optimal and innovative user experiences based on data, best practice, and established service models, ensuring usability and utility for end users.
- Planning, creation, and provision of ongoing analytics-based reporting and recommendations via Google Analytics or equivalent product.
- Alignment of digital channels with strategies arising from the Agency, Division, Communications and Marketing and Digital Team, including integrated communication campaigns and cross-channel/omnichannel approaches.
- Creation, management, and administration of web content via Drupal CMS, coordinating activities and working closely with the Digital Team, developers, content providers, and stakeholders.
- Alignment of Agency digital channels with the Digital Transformation Agency Digital Service Standard criteria, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and other related criteria.
- Planning and orchestration of a broad range of communication activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, account managers, and other internal and external parties.
Duties of the role:
- Provide evidence-based advice on improving digital platforms and channels using analytics and reporting.
- Implement research and customer insights to improve customer satisfaction and product usage
- Provide advice on reputation management and risk profiling across digital channels.
- Delivery the program of work within the account service model, the agreed timeframe, budget, and governance framework.
- Provide expertise and technical knowledge in specialist area across a range of programs or activities for the agency.
- Provide accurate and specialised advice including anticipating problems and contributing to issues management.
- Ensure knowledge of and compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks, government decision-making processes and agency guidelines and regulations.
- Set priorities for the work area, maintain team cohesion, and ensure quality of outputs for the work area.
- Contribute to the development of team objectives for short term tasks and strategic planning for longer-term initiatives.

- Drupal web content administration and management across content management system of largescale websites including end to end web projects and deliverables.
- Drupal administration - experience with custom webforms and views, including awareness of configuration synchronisation.
- Google Tracking manager and Analytics plus associated products, including GA reporting (dashboard set-up), data studio and analysis.
- Delivery of seamless customer experiences across digital channels.
- Supporting the Digital Team, Digital Manager, Communications and Marketing Director, and the broader Agency with a focus on coordinated and consistent communication and media strategies across Agency digital channels.
