Shift Details Work between Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.
About the Role
In your role as aBakery Production Team Member, your key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
Measure, mix and bake our range of pies and sausage rolls.
Operate and control manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines from mixers, dispensers and ovens.
Keep production lines moving like a well-oiled (and floured) machine.
Assist in cleaning food work areas, machinery, pumps, hoses, equipment and where required work within the wash bay.
About You
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing role, preferably in Baking or food production;
While not mandatory, an AQF qualification in Baking or a related food production qualification would be highly regarded;
An understanding of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards;
Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in work.
Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 25kg).
