CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisors and Lead Storepersons to join our clients' well-established operations in Darwin, NT.
These are full-time, permanent positions offering long-term career opportunities with respected businesses across a range of warehouse, logistics, and trade supply environments.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations — leading small teams, managing stock, and keeping materials and products moving on time.
Whether you're an experienced Warehouse Supervisor ready to take charge of a busy yard, or a hands-on Lead Storeperson looking to step up into leadership, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Lead, support, and motivate a small team to meet operational targets.
* Maintain stock accuracy through regular stocktakes and variance checks.
* Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and transport activities.
* Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and safe manual handling practices.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials and products flow efficiently.
* Support process improvement and drive a positive team culture.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* 10+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or yard operations.
* Current Forklift (LF) licence essential.
* Proven ability to lead or coordinate a small team.
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Sound computer literacy (Excel, Word, inventory/WMS systems).
* Physically fit and confident handling heavy or oversized materials.
