Your new role
As a Rental Sales Officer, you'll be the welcoming face at the front desk, supporting customers through the entire rental process. Your day will involve greeting customers, managing pick-ups and returns, explaining rental terms, processing payments and handling enquiries with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. You'll also contribute to revenue growth by promoting additional products and services, while ensuring all administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in customer service or sales (hospitality, retail or rental industry preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn rental systems
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
* A valid full driving licence (required)
