Job Description
This is a permanent full-time opportunity seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee a team of 13 reliability technicians. The successful candidate will provide maintenance expertise and leadership, focusing on optimising reliability, safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, and environmental impact.
* Supervise the Reliability department, providing continuous guidance, support, and training.
* Provide timely responses to engineering and information requests from other departments.
* Manage labour, equipment, and maintenance costs while ensuring adequate change parts and consumables are available.
* Develop, implement, and execute weekly maintenance plans.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver projects efficiently, including estimation, planning, sourcing, supervision, commissioning, and training.
* Establish a culture of continuous improvement by involving relevant personnel in identifying, developing, and implementing improvements.
* Review and approve work requests and ad hoc maintenance requirements from Associates.
* Diagnose and evaluate equipment issues effectively.
