In this role, you'll: Provide support and enhancement of NSW Maritime through the development of a culture of learning. Assist the team in developing learning experiences and maintain training records and analysis aligned to the capability for NSW Maritime personnel. Obtain, create and schedule a range of training programs across the state ensuring the delivery of best practice standards are met in accordance with relevant Maritime products, policies, procedures and legislative and regulatory requirements. Monitor the effectiveness of training packages by undertaking evaluation of participant training and conducting post implementation evaluation to determine the impact on service delivery. Develop formal and informal networks for internal and external stakeholder feedback to improve the development of education and training programs. To be considered for this role you must: Hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or demonstrated equivalent experience and understanding of contemporary adult learning principles and delivery techniques. Be a skilled communicator and presenter. Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and be passionate about learning and development.
